Dog Network & Adoption Support – Help Dogs Find Loving Homes
A loving home is the ultimate goal. But for many dogs, the biggest barrier is simple: they are not being seen.
Every day, adoptable dogs sit in shelters and rescues because no one knows they exist. They are healthy. They are loving. They are ready. But without visibility, they remain invisible.
That is why Hope Paws Support Fund created the Dog Network & Adoption Support program. We help dogs reach the right adopters, foster homes, and rescue partners through outreach, storytelling, and professional content.
Every share, every post, every video brings a dog closer to home.
The Problem
Shelters and rescues are overwhelmed. They have limited time, limited staff, and limited budgets for marketing. Most do not have the resources to create professional videos, run social media campaigns, or network dogs beyond their local area.
As a result, wonderful dogs are overlooked. Adopters choose based on what they see, and if a dog is not being seen, they are not being chosen.
We close that gap.
What We Do
We support dogs through four core activities:
Networking on Social Media
We share adoptable dogs across our social platforms – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and more. We tag rescues, engage with followers, and help dogs reach new audiences far beyond their local shelter.
Storytelling
We tell each dog’s story. Their personality. Their needs. Their journey. A photo alone is not enough – the right story helps the right person fall in love.
Rescue and Foster Searches
When a dog is at risk, we actively reach out to rescues and fosters who can help. We connect dogs with placement opportunities and follow up until the dog is safe.
Professional Content
We fund professional video and content to showcase adoptable dogs. High-quality videos and photos make dogs stand out, and they help adopters see the dog’s true personality.
Paid Ad Campaigns
We utilize nonprofit ad grants and paid campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to put adoptable dogs in front of highly targeted local audiences, dramatically increasing their chances of being seen by the right family.
Where We Network
We share adoptable dogs daily across our platforms. Follow us to see the dogs we are helping right now.

Why This Matters
Every dog deserves to be seen. Every story deserves to be told. And every adopter deserves the chance to find their perfect match.
The Dog Network & Adoption Support program is how we make that happen. It is not just marketing – it is hope in action.
We are 100% volunteer-led. Every dollar goes directly to helping dogs.
Help Us Help More Dogs
Your donation of any amount helps. $50 funds a photo shoot. $100 funds a video. Every dollar helps a dog get seen.
Our Other Programs
Emergency Veterinary Care Fund
Direct financial assistance paid to veterinary clinics so families and rescues do not have to choose between their dog and financial stability.
Rescue & Pull Support
Funding that helps rescue partners save dogs from high-risk shelters and move them into safety. We cover pull fees, intake costs, and initial veterinary care.
Dog Transportation Network
Safe transport support for moving dogs from overcrowded shelters to foster and adoptive homes. We fund fuel reimbursement, commercial transport, and travel supplies.
Spay/Neuter Assistance
We provide $100 directly to veterinary clinics to help families afford spay/neuter surgery. This program prevents unwanted litters, reduces shelter overpopulation, and keeps pets healthy.
