🐕🦺 Request Rescue Support – For Dogs Not Yet Pulled 🐾
This form is for volunteers, advocates, and rescue partners who are networking a dog in need and want to request a grant offer from Hope Paws Support Fund.
Use this form before the dog is pulled or transported. If approved, we will contact you and make our offer under the post featuring the dog.
Who This Form Is For
- Volunteers and advocates networking a dog in need
- Rescue partners looking for pull or transport support
- Anyone working to save a dog from a high-risk shelter or transport a dog to safety
What We Offer
We offer $500 or more per dog to help cover:
- 🐾 Pull fees – for rescues pulling dogs from high-risk shelters
- 🩺 Medical checks – initial exams, vaccinations, and basic care
- 🚗 Transport – fuel, commercial transport, and travel supplies
- 🏠 Essential supplies – crates, bedding, bowls, and food for foster care
Every dollar goes directly toward saving a dog. We never send money to individuals – we pay clinics, rescues, and transport providers directly whenever possible.
Rescues We Do Not Support
Hope Paws Support Fund reserves the right to decline grant requests from any rescue organization. We do not provide grants to:
- Rescues that are not registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
- Rescues that have unresolved complaints or investigations related to animal abuse, neglect, or fraud
- Rescues that are not in good standing with the IRS or their state charity regulator
- Rescues that have previously received a grant from us and failed to complete required reporting or feedback
- Rescues that have misrepresented their work, their animals, or their use of funds
- Rescues that have not provided the required documentation or have submitted false information
- Rescues from the following list:

- A Good Dog Rescue
- The Last Chance Ranch, LCR
- Dogtown Ranch Sanctuary Rescue and Rehab
- Precious Paws Animal Rescue
- Bella Vita Rescue
- EJ Rescue Foundation
- The Pittie Project PNW
- Pet Rescue Alliance
If your rescue appears on this list or falls under any of these categories, we will not provide any funding under our Programs – including Rescue & Pull Support, Transportation Support, or any other grant or assistance program.
Before You Submit
Please make sure you have the following information ready:
- The dog’s name and Animal ID #
- A link to the social media post featuring the dog
- Information about any rescue or foster offers the dog has received
- The program you are requesting support from (Rescue & Pull Support or Transportation Support)
What Happens Next
We review requests within 1-2 business days. If we have questions, we will contact you by email. Please add info@hopepawsfund.org to your email whitelist so you do not miss our messages.
If approved, we will contact you and make our offer under the post featuring the dog.
Funding is limited and not guaranteed. If we do not have funds available at the time of your request, we will add the dog to our wish list and contact you when funds become available.
