Non-Emergency Veterinary Surgery Support

Hope Paws Support Fund may be able to help create and run a fundraising campaign on behalf of pet owners and rescue organizations seeking support for non-emergency veterinary surgery.

This page is for cases that are not immediate emergencies but still involve important, medically necessary procedures for a dog. We can help share your story, organize a campaign, and guide donors toward direct support for the veterinary care needed.

Please note that approval is not guaranteed and support depends on available resources, case details, and the needs of our current campaigns.

Eligibility for Non-Emergency Veterinary Surgery Support

You may qualify for non-emergency surgery support if:

• You are a dog owner living in the United States OR a registered 501(c)(3) rescue organization
• Your dog needs a medically necessary surgery that is not an emergency.
• You are unable to cover the full cost of the procedure on your own.
• You have received an itemized estimate from a licensed veterinarian

We do not cover:

• Routine or preventative care (vaccines, check-ups, spay/neuter, euthanasia)
• Non-veterinary expenses (food, bedding, grooming)
• Low cost spay/neuter
