🐕‍🦺 Request Rescue Grant – For Rescues That Pulled a Dog 🐾

This form is for rescue organizations that have already pulled a dog and received a $500 grant offer from Hope Paws Support Fund.

Who This Form Is For

This form is for rescues only – specifically those that:

• Have already pulled a dog from a high-risk shelter
• Received a $500 grant offer from Hope Paws Support Fund
• Need to request payment for pull fees, medical checks, transport, or supplies

If you are a volunteer or advocate networking a dog that has not yet been pulled, please use our general request form instead.

Rescues We Do Not Support

Hope Paws Support Fund reserves the right to decline grant requests from any rescue organization. We do not provide grants to:

• Rescues that are not registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
• Rescues that have unresolved complaints or investigations related to animal abuse, neglect, or fraud
• Rescues that are not in good standing with the IRS or their state charity regulator
• Rescues that have previously received a grant from us and failed to complete required reporting or feedback
• Rescues that have misrepresented their work, their animals, or their use of funds
• Rescues that have not provided the required documentation or have submitted false information
• Rescues from the following list:

  • Miranda’s Rescue
  • Southeast Texas Paw Patrol
  • Rock ‘N’ Pawz Rescue
  • A Good Dog Rescue
  • The Last Chance Ranch, LCR
  • Dogtown Ranch Sanctuary Rescue and Rehab
  • Precious Paws Animal Rescue
  • Into the Wild Sanctuary & Farm School

If your rescue appears on this list or falls under any of these categories, we will not provide any funding under our Programs – including Rescue & Pull Support, Transportation Support, or any other grant or assistance program.

What We Offer

We offer up to $500 per dog to help cover:

• 🐾 Pull fees – for rescues pulling dogs from high-risk shelters
• 🩺 Medical checks – initial exams, vaccinations, and basic care
• 🚗 Transport – fuel, commercial transport, and travel supplies
• 🏠 Essential supplies – crates, bedding, bowls, and food for foster care

Every dollar goes directly toward saving a dog. We never send money to individuals – we pay clinics, rescues, and transport providers directly whenever possible.

Before You Submit

Please make sure you have the following information ready:

• Your rescue organization’s legal name and EIN
• The dog’s name and Animal ID #
• A link to the social media freedom post featuring the saved dog on your Instagram page
• Our grant offer – this may appear in the comments under the dog’s post, or in our own post about the dog
• The program you are requesting support from (Rescue & Pull Support or Transportation Support)
