We believe financial hardship should never be a death sentence for a dog. That is who we are. Here is how we save dogs.
At Hope Paws Support Fund, a 100% volunteer-led nonprofit based in Lake Forest, California, we are dedicated to giving dogs a second chance at a healthy, happy life. No one takes a salary. No one takes a stipend. Every dollar goes directly to saving dogs.
We are built on compassion, transparency, and action. Our mission is simple: help dogs in need by supporting the people and rescues who love them.
We fulfill this mission through four core projects.

Project 1: Emergency Veterinary Care Fund — We provide direct financial assistance paid straight to veterinary clinics. This ensures that families never have to choose between their dog and their financial stability. When a dog needs urgent surgery or critical care, we step in so the family can focus on healing, not bills.
Project 2: Rescue & Pull Support — We provide funds to rescues so they can pull dogs from high-risk shelters — especially OC Animal Care — and transfer them to verified rescue partners. Every dog deserves a safe exit from a dangerous situation. With an average pull fee of $500 per dog, your support directly unlocks the kennel door.
Project 3: Dog Transportation Network — We support safe travel to move dogs from overcrowded shelters to foster and adoptive homes. Distance should never block a second chance. Whether it’s a volunteer driver or a commercial transport, we make sure every dog reaches safety — no matter how far.
Project 4: Dog Network & Adoption Support — We connect dogs with adopters through outreach and professional content. A loving home is the ultimate goal. From high-quality videos to social media campaigns, we help each dog find the family they deserve.
Every effort we make is guided by the same belief: no dog should suffer, and no family should face heartbreak alone simply because help wasn’t available.
This is more than a nonprofit. It is a promise. A promise to stand beside dogs, families, and rescues when hope is needed most.
